The Alliance Française de Milwaukee group spent 10 days in the regions of Languedoc and Provence located in South France. These regions had so much stuff to see and to do!
Stunning landscapes: turquoise waters, steep cliffs, lavender field. To beautiful architecture in cities like Montpellier,
Marseille, Constance et Remparts d’Aigue Morte (historical remparts and walls around Aigues-Morte), and the Pont du Gard (a ancient
roman aqueduct)!
Some group photos! The group visited a Bull Ranch, explored the cities of Avignon, Le Panier, Aix en Provence, Chateau la Coste (an organic winery and sculpture park), Saint Remy de Provence (a commune), and can't forget the delicious cuisine!
