To ensure that your class will run, please register by the deadline printed on the session catalog.  Courses with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled; low enrollment classes may be either cancelled or may have class time shortened with the same tuition rate applicable.

Tuition must be paid in full at the time of course registration; unpaid registrations do not hold a place in class.

Member family discounts do not apply to course material fees.

The Alliance Francaise will refund tuition if:

• withdrawal occurs before the deadline printed on the session catalog, a refund will be issued minus a $25 administration fee.
• withdrawal occurs within 7 days after the deadline on the session catalog, a refund will be issued minus the cost of course hours attended and a $25 administration fee.
• class is cancelled due to low enrollment.

 
After the first week of the session, no refunds will be given.
