Arnaud Koppe – French Language Center Director
Born in Southern Ardèche, France to a French mother and a German father, Arnaud was raised in Burgundy before moving further north to Nancy, where he graduated with a degree in English Literature and the Teaching of French as a Foreign Language. After working for an independent record label, he spent a couple of years in England, working as a French Lecturer for Loughborough University, East Midlands. Then he decided to go south, for a change, and spent over 10 years in Mexico, working as a French Teacher and Language Center Coordinator at university level. Fond of discovering new cultures in general and new languages in particular, Arnaud finally managed to actually speak a couple of languages out of the dozen he studied at some point. When he’s not rummaging through second-hand book shops, he also enjoys traveling, French and Latin-American literature, international cinema and video games.
