Wednesday, February 1st: Tarte au citron de Menton
For our first cooking bilingual french class, we prepared a lemon pie (tarte au citron) from Menton. This beautiful region with many different culinary specialities situated on the French Riviera (South East) of Frence, which touches the Italian border. Menton is known for its production of lemons. See above a picture of the tarte au citron that Karin prepared on that day. Yum, yum! Or better said Miam, miam!
